I bought Premium: where do I enter the license key?
In the Professional version, not in the free one from WordPress.org, which has no license field. Download Professional from the link in your purchase email, upload it from Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin and activate it: the free version is deactivated automatically, your data stay as they are, and Professional asks for the key. Step-by-step instructions are in the Help center.
Do I need to know how to code to use it?
No, installation and setup are designed for people with no technical skills: just a few clicks.
Can I offer multiple services at different prices?
Yes, you can create a calendar for each service, each with its own duration, price and working hours.
How are my customers’ payments handled?
Through PayPal and/or Stripe, connected directly to your own account: the money goes straight to you, the plugin never touches or holds it.
Can I sell multi-session packages?
Yes, you can create multi-session prepaid packages: the customer pays once and books their sessions whenever they like.
Does the billing form adapt for clients in different countries?
Yes, a country selector adapts the billing fields automatically to wherever your client is: a VAT number/Tax ID with a free-format postal code and region for most countries, and Italy’s own Tax Code, postal code and province format when that’s who you’re billing. The whole plugin is also available in English, Spanish, German and Italian.
Is my data and my customers’ data safe?
Yes: everything stays saved only on your own WordPress site, and is never shared with third parties.
